Our activated carbon adsorbers are specifically designed to reliably remove oil vapors from compressed air and provide virtually oil-free compressed air in demanding compressed air systems. They are the ideal solution for industries with the highest quality requirements, such as the food, pharmaceutical, chemical, and paint industries , as well as for other applications where compressed air of the highest purity is needed. With replaceable activated carbon cartridges, the adsorbers achieve extremely low residual oil levels – the remaining oil vapors are a maximum of 0.003 mg/m³ . They are also frequently essential for processes such as oxygen generation and the production of inert gases (e.g., nitrogen) or CO₂ . Models are available in various flow rates to suit different requirements.

The activated carbon adsorbers deliver compressed air of purity class 1 (fine dust) and – with regard to oil content – purity class 0/1 . A very high adsorption capacity and optimized, specially designed flow channels ensure uniform air distribution and maximum utilization of the activated carbon cartridge. The result: more efficient and longer-lasting oil separation – and therefore lower operating costs , as the cartridges need to be changed less frequently compared to conventional activated carbon filters.
